It is being the greatest journeys for the tigers of Maharashtra as two male cubs are lose on to different tracks searching a new place to rule and begin with their own culture and kingdom. Recently TLN had reported that the C1 from Tipeshwar Sanctuary in Pandharkawda had left his area, it was not sure for what reasons territorial or mating the tiger has been on the move, according to the recent reports the Tipeshwar tiger has covered the area of around 1,160 km.
C1 is the cub of Tigress T1 and was radio collared in February 2019 and was seen moving from June 21. The tiger from Telangana is seen entering Maharashtra border. K7 covered 450 km and has been seen in Sironcha forest division in Maharashtra.
Maharashtra state forest department has confirmed that a presence of a new tiger is seen in Hingoli District Marathwada. It is being said that C1 can travel for some more time and could cover some areas making it the biggest dispersal movement in recent times.
