The students of Centre Point School, Wardhaman Nagar once again bagged a lot of prizes in the Camlin Colour Contest organised by Camlin and the International Calendar Contest.
In the Camlin Colour Contest, the winners in Group B were Ali Asghar Burhani, Dakshiya Agrawal and Neev Agrawal. In Group C, the winners were Kavya Agrawal, Shreya Zode and Smyannh Mandhanna. Group D the winners were Tasneem Vali, Tanvi Singh, Aradhana Agrawal, Hardik Somaiya and Kanchi Yelve.
The ICS International Painting Competition is a very prestigious and unique competition and schools across India, Bangladesh and the Middle East took part in this. The theme was “Poetry in Images- Your favourite poem in Art.” 5 best entries from the school were sent made by Hrushikesh Deshpande, Aradhya Agrawal, Virti Mehta, Tasneem Vali and Tanvi Singh.
Tasneem Vali was adjudged the winner and she received a copy of the ICS International Calendar and a winner’s certificate. The other participants received an appreciation certificate along with the teacher-in-charge Ms. Sabina Husain.
The Principal Ms. Sumathi Venugopalan congratulated the students and the teacher-in-charge for the laurels they brought to the school.
