The Secondary School Certificate examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has started from Tuesday. As per information, to ensure a stress free atmosphere, Sakhi Corners will be set up at 11 exam centres in Mohadi tehsil.
Under this initiative, the girl students will be provided free sanitary napkins.This will be taken for the first time in Bhandara district.
A meeting of exam centre controllers was held at Zilla Parishad High School at Mohadi on February 2.In this meeting, they introduced about this programme. And welcomed the new programme. It was informed that Sakhi teachers of local school will remain present at exam centre and help girl students in crisis.
