Definitely not my last game for CSK: Dhoni

Former Indian skipper MS Dhoni at the last IPL game for CSK at this year’s IPL 2020 put all speculations to rest and said that he will be continuing to play for CSK.

At the toss in the match between CSK and King’s XI Punjab when Darry Morrison asked whether it is the last match for him in his IPL career, he said, “Definitely not”. In the month of August CSK CEO, Kasi Viswanathan said that Dhoni will be a part of the franchise for 2021 and 2022 editions of the IPL.

Dhoni was the first player to be retained by the CSK franchise at the 2018 auction.

Dhoni has till now played 350 ODIs, 90 Tests, and 98 T20Is while affecting a staggering 829 dismissals behind the stumps. He announced his retirement from International Cricket on August 15 this year.
