General Manager conducts Annual Inspection of Nagpur Division

Shri Sanjeev Mittal, General Manager, Central Railway conducted annual inspection on Balharshah-Sewagram section of Nagpur Division on 29.01.2021. Principal Heads of Departments and Smt. Richa Khare, Divisional Railway Manager, Nagpur with the team of officers from Nagpur Division were present on the occasion.

Shri Mittal inspected Route Relay Interlocking cabin, S&T maintenance app, RPF dog squad, and Automatic Ticket Checking and Management Access (ATMA), etc.  at Balharshah.

At Chandrapur, Shri Mittal Inspected station, Exhibition of Safety, Commercial, Mechanical, Medical, Personnel and Rajbhasha stalls, CCTV system at. At Majri inspected a curve and interacted with Gagmen of Gang Unit. He inaugurated solar plant at Warora, planted trees followed by inauguration of Metalizing of Rail panel Plant.

He also inspected the level crossing gate and interacted with families of railway staff at the Warora railway colony. Shri Mittal inspected Wuna Bridge and Over Head Equipment at the Bridge between Hinganghat and Wagholi.

At Nagpur, Shri Mittal interacted with Public Representatives, Recognised Unions & Trade Bodies and addressed the representatives of the Media through web link.  He also conferred General Manager Awards to the deserving railway employees for their outstanding performance during the year 2019-20. During the inspection all Covid norms and protocols were duly followed.
