Gadkari appeals citizens to contact his office regarding beds, medicines for COVID-19 patients

Union Minister Nitin Gadkari has asked citizens to contact his office in case they are facing difficulty in getting bed in hospital or require any medicine that is not available in market.

Gadkari gave two contact numbers of Sagar Kotwaliwale (9011026501) WhatsApp no. 9823076616 and Jayant Dixit (9921024700) to people who would help them to resolve the issue.

Gadka has also given instructions to local administration on increasing beds and to tide over shortage of critical medicines. Also he has appealed to Non Government Organisations (NGOs), Doctors and experts in medical field to step forward and
provide their services as Government hospitals are flooded with patients and existing work load has increased many fold.

Retired medical practitioners, BAMS, BHMS Graduates, Doctors, Para Medics, Nurses, retd. Security Guards, sanitary workers should provide their bio-data and application to Municipal Commissioner.

The applications can be sent to mconagpur@gov.in (email of NMC) to his office on ngofficenagpur@gmail.com. Volunteers are need badly in this hour of crisis to offer their expertise free of cost to save precious lives as situation on medical front is very bad, Gadkari further said in his appeal.
