Covid vacant beds information now on one click

Considering the increasing number of Corona-positive cases every day in the city there is a shortage of beds available in many hospitals. While many fail to get up-to-date information on the availability of beds in the hospital. The administration is fighting hard to provide necessary health infracture to the city to curb the widespread of the virus.

To cope up with the situation a software http://nsscdcl.org/covidbeds/AvailableHospitals.jsp showing real-time availability of Covid beds in various hospitals has been created under the supervision of Additional Commissioner of NMC Jalaj Sharma, Nagpur Smart and Sustainable City Development Corporation Limited Chief Executive Officer Bhuvaneshwari S.

In Nagpur, the availability of the beds are being shown in 107 hospitals of Nagpur. Oxygen Bed, ICU etc.  By these software citizens will be able to know the number of beds, ventilator beds etc. Hospitals have been given a login to the software.

The hospital operator has to share information about the new patient and also update other information on this software.  This information will be displayed on Real-Time on the Dashboard for citizens. Related individuals can file information for their patients in hospitals according to their needs. Mayor Dyashankar Tiwari has congratulated Smart City for this useful work.  “The app will be a real-time saver and patients will get timely treatment and will be helpful in saving lives too,” Mayor said.
