As a result the workers abstaining from work for 91 days due to Covid would be getting seventy percent of the salary.Similarly, these workers and their family members would be getting free Covid treatment at ESIC and allied private hospitals. President of Butibori Manufacturing Industries association,Pradeep Raut stated that special efforts are needed at State and Central level to provide medical facilities to industry workers who are infected bt Covid. These workers will have to claim expenses from ESIC if they fall sick due to Covid. If these workers who are members of ESIC die, they would be getting expenses of Rs.10000 for performing last rites.Similarly,if the members lose jobs due to closure of company, they would be also entitled for unemployment allowance up to two years under  Rajiv Gandhi Labour Welfare Scheme and for ninety days under Atal Beema Vyakti Kalyan Yojana.
