A repeated rash driving leads to the death of 26-year-old Said Ali alias Shahrukh Shoqat Ali a resident of Tulsibagh Mahal on Sunday night when four men attacked Shahrukh with sharp weapons.
On the complaint of Sheikh Mumma Sheikh Wahab, Kotwali police has booked accused Bablya, Vinayak, R K Patel and Bunty Jais on the charges of Murder.
According to the police, the four accused met Shahrukh and soon engaged in a wordy fight with him over his repeated rash driving which soon turned into a bloody fight as all the accused began to assault Shahrukh with sharp weapons and fled from the spot.
A case has been registered against the accused under sections 302, Section 34 and section 135 MPOCA.
