Priyanshu alias Babu Ravi Kshetri (20), a resident of Mekasobagh who worked with Amitabh Bachchan in the Film ‘Jhund’ was nabbed by city Lohmarg police stealing mobiles in train.
Priyanshu got selected in the film due to his skill, his team had won the football match. Due to bad company, he became addicted. To fulfill his hobby, he started stealing mobiles in trains. Shubham (20) and Satyendra are his associates.
Priyanshu is lone child of his parents, He has three sisters. Father is a daily-wage worker: Priyanshu is a good and his associates used to run away after snatching the mobile from the passengers.
Police have seized 11 mobiles from Priyanshu and his associates. During inter rogation, he told the police that he had worked with Amitabh Bachchan in the film Jhund. Lohmarg police were stunned after hearing this. They took Priyanshu into custody till July 5. Further action was taken by police inspector Vikas Kanpillewar, crime branch under the guidance of super intendent of police M. Rajkumar. Police constable Sandip Dhandar is investi gating the matter. Despite being a good artiste, being a victim of bad addiction, Priyanshu took up the busi ness of theft. Knowing this, many of his fans have become sad.
