Tension prevailed in the Jaripathka area when four masked men looted a local jewellery shop at gunpoint in broad daylight on Monday under Jaripathka Police Jurisdictoin.
According to Jaripathka police, the incident took place at 2 pm today when four masked men allegedly entered the shop and looted Avni Jewellers at gunpoint. The robbers then fled the spot with 400 to 500 gm of gold and silver ornaments worth rupees lakh and 2.5 to 3 lakh of cash the police added.
