In continuation with this FDP, the 2nd day’s Resource Person Dr. Ajay Gor covered Criterion-II Teaching Learning and Evaluation. Dr. Ajay Gor is a highly acclaimed Principal of PSS and HD Patel Arts College, Kadi, Gujrat. He was instrumental in implementing various skill-based vocational programs in his college, believing in the motto “Skill India and Make in Indiaâ€.
His college was accredited A by NAAC, Bengaluru in third cycle with CGPA 3.25.
In his talk, he explained in detail the seven key indicators and sixteen matrices at length. He also cited various examples and showed how you can integrate them for effective teaching and learning process.
In the question-answer session, Dr. Gor addressed the queries of the participants.
The program began with a welcome address by Dr. Akhilesh Peshwe, Principal, Dharampeth M.P. Deo Memorial Science College, Nagpur. Present on the occasion were Principals Dr. Priya Wanjari, Dr.Vikas Dhomane, Dr.R.Tale, Dr. D.V.Naik, Dr. Vandana Bhagdikar, and Dr. D. Shete.
Near about 150 participants joined on ZOOM and YOUTUBE platform for this workshop.
Vote of thanks was proposed by Dr. Ratnakar Lanjewar, IQAC Coordinator, and the online program was conducted by Dr. Archana Kulkarni, Vice Principal of Dharampeth M.P. Deo Memorial Science College, Nagpur. Ruma Kapre and Dr. Snehal Narale provided technical support and all other teaching and non-teaching staff worked hard for the success of the program.
