Teachers Training programme at Modern School, Koradi Road, Nagpur

Modern School, Koradi Road, had organised various workshops and training sessions for its employees to boost up their morale and improve their efficiency. The resource person for these workshops was  Anuradha  Sardeshpande, ex- Principal of the school.

The first session was conducted on the topic ‘Effective Communication Skills for the teachers in the Co-Scholastic subjects. The resource person was welcomed by Sunil Sharma (HPE department) and the vote of thanks was proposed by Ravi Satfale (AE department).

The resource person emphasized the need to practice speaking English language to enhance communication skills. Later a practical interactive session was also conducted for these teachers on the training session.

The second session was conducted for the teachers of the English department on the topic ‘Understanding Bloom’s Taxonomy and its Application in English. The resource person was welcomed by Santosh Singh Thakur and the vote of thanks was proposed by Poonam Dadwal from the English department.

The third session was conducted for the Administrative Staff of the school on the topic ‘Dos and Dont’s ‘of Office Etiquettes’. The resource person was welcomed by Merwin Paul while Suzanna Poddar proposed the vote of thanks.

The sessions were well planned by the Principal, Rupali Dey and School Manager, Rohan Kapai.
