Patients from Gandhibag take benefit of dental camp

A number of persons took benefit of the Mayor Dental Camp organised by NMC in Adarsha Vidya Mandir in Gandhibag that was inaugurated at the hands of Dayashankar Tiwari, the Mayor, on Monday.

The camp was organised in cooperation with Government Dental College & Hospital. On the occasion, Pravin Datke, MLC, Shraddha Pathak, Gandhibag Zone Chairperson, Adv Sanjaykumar Balpande, Sarla Nayak, Vidya Kanhere, all Corproators, Giridharlal Sindhi, Vice-President of the school, Ashok Kothari, Secretary, Damodar Chandak, Sharad Kabra, Prakash Soni, Narsingh Sarda, Anil Sarda, Principal Ashanarayan tiwari, Mayor Shah, Anuradha Nagpal, Arun Dahake and others were present in the function.

At the initiative of the Mayor, NMC is organising 75 eye camps and 75 dental camps at different places in the city to mark Amrut Mahotsava – 75. In this dental camp, a team of doctors cleaned teeth and made filling and guided the patients after examination facing danger of cancer about care to be taken. They asked the needy patients to go the dental college for further treatment.

Dr Vijay Joshi said that the dental college made arrangement for separate cell for the patients coming from such dental camps. Dr Kwaja, Zonal Medical Officer, Dr Sheetal Govindalwar, Dr Shama Mujawar and staff members were present.
