In view of demands from Rail users and ease in restrictions of Covid, Railways have decided to permit the sale of season tickets in unreserved passenger trains.
Guidelines by Railways to issued season ticket
- Fully vaccinated passenger having universal travel pass, any person having a medical condition does not allow him or her to take the vaccine, and has a certificate from a recognized Doctor.
- Season Ticket holders are permitted to travel with unreserved coaches.
- No separate coaches exclusive for Season Ticket holders.
- State and Central Government protocol regarding Covid-19 must be followed.
