In a shocking incident, a man allegedly masturbated in front of a young girl near High Court Building on Wednesday evening.
This raise major security issues of women near High Court and in a posh locality of the city. No police complaint has been lodged in this connection.
According to Adv Manjeet Kaur Matani who had gone for jogging on Wednesday evening, the incident occurred at around 8 pm near Gate No 1 of High Court Building.
Matani found a man masturbating in front of a young girl. However, as she tried to catch him but he fled on his bike.
Adv Matani counselled her and calmed her down then called her husband DCP Lohit Matani who arranged escort team to send girl home.
