For the second consecutive day, Nagpur city registered one dead due to COVID-19 virus on Thursday.
Nagpur district on Thursday reported 269 new positive cases. With these additions, the cumulative tally increased to 5,83,627. With the addition of two fatalities, the cumulative goes upto 10343.
Meanwhile, in last 24 hours the district reported good recovery with 247 persons recovered from coronavirus infection taking the number of cumulative recoveries to 5,71,619. The active count in the district now stands at 1,665.
From the total cases in the day, Nagpur rural reported 105 new cases while 164 persons tested positive for COVID-19 in Nagpur city.
Nagpur district continues to maintain a recovery rate of 97.97%.
