Centre Point School, Amravati Road Bypass’ Chess champ Soham Chhabda of class 10 has scripted success in the DSO Divisional level Chess tournament! The event was conducted at Bhandara on 23rd December 2022.
Soham contested in the U/17 Boys’ category in which 39 seasoned players from various schools had gathered to prove their mettle.
Soham displayed his skills on the board and earned a score of 4.5 out of 6. He was among the few in his category to enter the State level tournament.
Principal, Mrs. Perveen Cassad, Vice-Principal, Mrs. Bhakti Bodbe, mentor, Mr. Kiran Pathak and the staff congratulated Soham and wished him the best for the next level.
