In the early hours of Friday, a speeding automobile collided with a structure at Lokmanya Nagar Metro Station.
Tanmay Rakesh Telrandhe, a resident of Butibori, was the car’s driver. He was hurt in the collision and taken to the nearby Lata Mangeshkar Hospital.
The Maruti DeZire car being recklessly driven by Tanmay Telrandhe was involved in an accident at Pillar No. P/25 at Lokmanya Nagar Metro Station around 1.30 am on Friday, according to information given by On Duty Controller Mayur Pimpalkar.
The crash did not do any harm to the pillar. After being alerted, a squad of MIDC police arrived to the scene and, with the aid of security officers Manish Hange and Vishal Neware, transported the hurt Tanmay Telrandhe to Lata Mangeshkar Hospital.
