Various events have been organised by the Department of Mathematics of RTM Nagpur University, from March 18 to 20, at its Ramanujan Hall. The event is being organised to mark the National Mathematics Day.
The three-day programme has been organised in association with The National Council for Science and Technology Commission and Rajiv Gandhi Science and Technology Commission, Government of Maharashtra.
The programme includes a workshop on data analysis, inter-collegiate quiz and debate and lectures by experts in the field.
RTMNU Vice-Chancellor Dr. Subhash Chaudhari will chair the event at 11 am on March 18. Dean, Faculty of Science and Technology Dr. Prashant Maheshwari will be the chief guest. Dr. Dharmendra Badal from Bundelkhand University, Madhya Pradesh will deliver the keynote address on ‘Data Mining’.
This will be followed by technical sessions and other programmes.
