Six reticulated pythons have been brought from the Zoological Museum of Mangalore to Nagpur’s Gorewada International Zoological Museum.
Its scientific name is Reticulated Python. It is generally estimated that they can reach 25 to 30 feet in length in the next 4 years.
These reticulated pythons are found only in the dense forests of Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Northeast India. It is also found in Myanmar and Indonesia.
Tourists can now see this reticulated python along with tigers, leopards, bears, deer at Gorewada International Zoological Museum, Nagpur.
