The event took place on January 20 and 21, 2025, at Eternity Mall in Sitabuldi and was organized for officers and staff. During the screening, actor Sonu Sood surprised the officers with a personal visit, adding an element of excitement to the event. The screening aimed to raise awareness about the growing threat of cybercrime, with a focus on loan app scams and their impact.
The event proved to be an unexpected delight for the attendees, as neither the officers nor their families were given prior notice. ‘Fateh’, the movie screened, portrays the harmful consequences of cybercrime, offering both entertainment and valuable insights for the audience. After the screening, the officers and their families were thrilled by the surprise visit of the movie’s lead actor, Sonu Sood, who engaged with them, posed for photos, and made the event truly unforgettable.
The event also included the unveiling of T-shirts for the upcoming Tiger Run Marathon, set for January 25, 2025, at 5:00 AM, organized by Nagpur Police. Sonu Sood had the honor of unveiling the T-shirts, joined by Commissioner Dr. Singhal and senior officers, including Additional Commissioner Sanjay Patil, DCPs Niketan Kadam, Dr. Ashwini Patil, and other senior officials.
