A major tragedy was averted by timely action by the employees and the Fire Brigade when an electrical scooter caught fire in the parking area of the Base4 Architects and Planners office on Tuesday morning.
The two-wheelers parked adjacent to it were immediately shifted by the employees. The fire was doused by the Fire Brigade personnel.
A large number of vehicles were parked in the parking area in the basement. Timely action prevented the flames from spreading and avert a major tragedy.
