The Nagpur Division of Central Railway is introducing enhanced facilities for passengers of Train No. 12119/12120 Amravati–Ajni–Amravati Express. The train currently operates with 16 LHB coaches, comprising 02 Guard-cum-Luggage Vans, 02 Sleeper Coaches, 01 Second AC Coach, 01 AC Chair Car, and 01 Non-AC Chair Car.
Out of these, 4 reserved coaches (02 Sleeper, 01 AC 3-Tier Economy, and 01 AC Chair Car) have so far been running in locked condition without passenger access.
To improve passenger convenience and optimize resource utilization, the railway administration has decided to open these 4 coaches for general booking on an experimental basis for a period of 3 months, starting 01 August 2025.
Booking for these coaches will commence on 31 July 2025 at all PRS counters and through the IRCTC website.
