Traffic rule violations and dangerous stunts on city roads continue unabated. In the latest incident from the Ramnagar Chowk area, three minor students were caught performing risky stunts on a Bullet. Passers-by recorded the act on their mobile phones and shared it on social media, where the video quickly went viral.
According to reports, the incident took place a day earlier when the three minors were on their way to school. One of them was dangerously seated on the front of the Bullet bike, prompting bystanders to capture the video. Taking immediate note of the viral clip, the traffic police traced the minors through the bike’s registration number and detained them. It was later confirmed that all three were underage.
Police issued a fine of ₹7,500 for this incident, in addition to an earlier penalty of ₹1,000 — bringing the total to around ₹8,500. The students’ parents were summoned to the traffic office, given a strict warning, and the minors were handed over to them. Authorities stressed that such reckless behavior is not only a violation of traffic rules but also endangers lives, and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
