The historic Sitabuldi Fort will be open to the public on the occasion of Independence Day, August 15, 2025, from 9 am to 4 pm.
Entry to the fort will be facilitated through the CSD Gate, located opposite KIMS Kingsway Hospital. Visitors will be required to produce valid identity proof for access.
Managed by the Indian Army, Sitabuldi Fort is usually off-limits to civilians and opens only on select national occasions, offering residents and tourists a rare opportunity to explore the iconic heritage site.
