As Ganeshotsav draws to a close, devotees are preparing for Ganpati Visarjan on Saturday. Religious scholar Sumant Tamhan Maharaj from Besa has shared the auspicious timings for the immersion rituals.
According to him, the Shubha Muhurta in the morning is between 7:36 am and 9:10 am. In the afternoon, the most favorable period—Chara, Labha, and Amrita Muhurta—will fall between 12:19 pm and 5:02 pm. For those opting for an evening immersion, the ideal Labha Muhurta is from 6:37 pm to 8:02 pm.
This year, the Visarjan coincides with Chaturdashi Tithi in the month of Bhadrapad during Shukla Paksha, under Dhanishtha Nakshatra and Atigand Yoga, within the Vishwavasu Samvatsara and Dakshinayan season.
Maharaj has urged devotees to adhere to these timings for divine blessings and prosperity.
