New Delhi: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has announced a revised schedule for Round 3 of the NEET UG 2025 counselling process, giving candidates additional time to complete their choice-filling. The decision was taken following the inclusion of newly added seats across medical and dental colleges.
According to the updated schedule, candidates can now fill and lock their choices until October 16 (4 p.m.). The complete revised timetable is available on the official MCC website — mcc.nic.in.

- Counselling Period: September 29, 2025 – October 18, 2025
- Seat Allotment Results: October 19, 2025
- State Counselling: October 10 – October 27, 2025

- All India Quota: October 27, 2025
- State Quota: November 1, 2025
- Verification of Joined Candidates (by MCC): October 28–29, 2025
- Verification by States: November 4, 2025

- Visit the official MCC website at mcc.nic.in
- Click on the link for ‘NEET UG Round 3 Seat Allotment Result’ on the homepage
- Enter your login credentials and click on ‘Submit’
- The seat allotment result will be displayed on the screen
- Download and print the result for future reference
The NEET UG 2025 counselling process involves five key steps — registration and fee payment, choice filling and locking, seat allotment, reporting to the allotted medical or dental college, and re-allotment of vacant seats (if any).
