The V-3 VJS Event Company, led by organisers Veronica Michael, Jayashree Nair, and Shubhangi Zade, will host the Maharashtra Dancing Star and Darling Star Awards on October 28 at the Kavivarya Suresh Bhat Auditorium. The event is being organised in association with the Lokmat Times Campus Club.
Renowned Bollywood choreographer Vivek Chachre will grace the occasion as the celebrity guest, while Shivani Kaul, an international model from Jammu, will also be present.
Online and offline auditions for the competition were held earlier, followed by the semi-final round on October 12. The grand finale on October 28 will feature participants across four categories — 5 to 10 years, 11 to 15 years, 16 to 20 years, and Group Dance.
The event will begin at 12:30 p.m., and entry is free for all. The organisers have appealed to the citizens of Nagpur to attend in large numbers and cheer for the young performers.
