The workshop was inaugurated on Friday (Nov 21) at the Dr. Punjabrao Deshmukh Memorial Standing Committee Hall in the NMC Headquarters by Dr. Ranjana Lade, Deputy Commissioner of the Social Development Department. She also emphasized the need to run the Potoba Food Stalls with a professional approach.
She further stated that the workshop has been organised to help the women working at the Potoba Food Stalls improve their service quality and enhance their business skills. During the session, food expert Mr. Vijay Jathe guided them on maintaining consistent hygiene, safety, and quality at the stall. Mrs. Vishakha Pawar discussed water usage and water quality, while Mr. Harshad Malpe explained the causes of food contamination and preventive measures.
