Nagpur experienced a noticeably cooler day on Thursday, with both day and night temperatures settling below normal levels, according to data released in the latest Vidarbha region weather bulletin.
The city’s maximum temperature stood at 28.6°C, marking a slight rise of 0.2°C over the past 24 hours but still 1.5°C below the seasonal average. The minimum temperature dropped to 10.8°C, registering a marginal decrease of 0.2°Cfrom the previous night and remaining 2.8°C below normal, indicating a sharp early-morning chill across the region.
Humidity levels were moderate, with 73% recorded at 8:30 am, while the weather remained completely dry with no rainfall reported in the last 24 hours. Visibility in Nagpur dipped to 2–4 km during early hours, likely due to patchy fog or mist — a common feature as winter conditions deepen over central India.
Overall, the city witnessed clear skies, cool winds, and a distinctly winter-like feel, with temperatures expected to remain on the lower side in the coming days.
