Union Minister Nitin Gadkari praised the work of Rambhau Khandwe, President of the Janardanswami Yogabhyasi Mandal, highlighting his dedication to promoting yoga and carrying forward the legacy of his guru.
“Janardanswami was a saintly figure who taught yoga selflessly, bringing positive change to thousands of lives. Rambhau Khandwe has continued this legacy with the same spirit of selfless service and devoted his life to spreading yoga,” Gadkari said.
He was speaking on Sunday at the Vidarbha Gaurav Award ceremony organised by Krishi Vikas Pratishthan at the Shrimant Baburao Dhanwate Auditorium. Yoga guru Rambhau Khandwe was felicitated with the prestigious award during the event.
The ceremony was attended by awardee Rambhau Khandwe, thinker Dr. V.S. Jog, Krishi Vikas Pratishthan representatives Girish Gandhi, Shriram Kale, Nishant Gandhi, Arun Wankhade, Nilesh Khandekar, and several other dignitaries. Gadkari also urged everyone to practice yoga daily for a healthy lifestyle.
