Advantage Vidarbha 2026 – Khasdar Audyogik Mahotsav’to be Inaugurated on 6th February Union Minister Nitin Gadkari, CM Devendra Fadnavis among dignitaries

The third edition of ‘Advantage Vidarbha 2026 – Khasdar Audyogik Mahotsav’, organized by the Association for Industrial Development (AID), will be inaugurated on Friday, 6th February 2026 at 10.00 am at the Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University Campus, Ambazari–Amravati Road, Nagpur.
The inaugural ceremony will be presided over by Union Minister Honble Shri Nitin Gadkari, Chief Patron of the Khasdar Audyogik Mahotsav, while Maharashtra Chief Minister Honble Shri Devendra Fadnavis will attend as the Chief Guest.
Several eminent dignitaries from the Union and Maharashtra governments will be present, including Honble Shri. Chandrashekhar Bawankule, Maharashtra Revenue Minister; Honble Shri. Aakash Fundkar, Minister for Employment; Honble Shri. Ashish Jaiswal, Minister of State for Finance; Honble Shri. Pankaj Bhoyar, Minister of State for Education; and Hon`ble Shri. Indranil Naik, Minister of State for Industry and Tourism.
Leading industrialists from across the country will also participate in the event. Prominent among them are Shri. Balasubramaniam Prabhakaran, Managing Director of Lloyds Metals and Energy Limited; Shri. Jeet Adani, Director – Airports, Adani Group; and Shri. Rajesh Jejurikar, Executive Director of Mahindra & Mahindra. Shri Jean Touboul, Chief Ex. Officer and Managing Director of Pernod Ricard India, Dr. P. Anbalagan, IAS, Secretary, Industries energy and labour; Shri Koustub Dhavse, Advisor to CM, Investment, Industries and Technology.
Based on the theme “Empowering Growth,” the three-day mega industrial festival will feature a grand Industrial Expo showcasing the industrial strength, innovation, and investment potential of the Vidarbha region.
Preparations for the event have entered the final stage, with the main hall, exhibition halls, and session halls fully ready. Final finishing touches are currently underway to ensure a world-class experience for participants and visitors.
A major highlight of Advantage Vidarbha 2026 will be the International Business Conclave, which will witness participation from ambassadors and trade representatives of over 23+ countries.
The conclave will include technical sessions covering diverse sectors such as defence, food processing, dairy, fisheries, education, startups, patents and innovation, logistics, tourism and hospitality, SEBI-related subjects, coal, steel, and pharmaceuticals.
The event will also feature a vibrant lineup of cultural and entertainment programmes. On 6th February at 6.00 pm, renowned Nagpur singer Srinidhi Ghatate will present a live concert.
On 7th February at 7.00 pm, a fashion show organized by the MKSSS School of Fashion Technology will be held, with noted actress Sonali Kulkarni attending as the Chief Guest.
On 8th February at 7.00 pm, the cultural programme ‘Sitar Symphony’ will be presented. Additional attractions include a Gaming Zone, Nagpur Food Festival, an EV Expo, and a spectacular Drone Show featuring drones used in ‘Operation Sindoor’.
