Following the successful completion of Phase 1 on December 11, 2025, and Phase 2 on January 14, 2026, Phase 3 will now provide fans with another opportunity to book tickets and watch the world’s top teams compete in the T20 World Cup. The matches will feature leading international players and high-intensity contests throughout the tournament.
Several of India’s iconic cricket stadiums will host World Cup matches, offering spectators a chance to witness elite cricket and experience the excitement of a major global tournament firsthand.
As preparations in host cities move into the final stage, the BCCI, in coordination with all stakeholders, remains focused on venue readiness, operational planning and enhancing the overall matchday experience. The board is keen to welcome fans from across the country, including on days when Team India is not in action, encouraging them to enjoy closely contested matches and world-class cricket.
BCCI President Mithun Manhas said the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup is an event of global importance and reaffirmed the board’s commitment to working closely with the ICC to deliver the tournament to the highest standards. He added that with the opening of the third phase of ticket sales, the BCCI looks forward to hosting fans for matches that showcase the competitiveness and depth of international cricket.
BCCI Honorary Secretary Devajit Saikia said the strong response to the first two phases of ticket sales reflects the excitement surrounding the World Cup. He added that with preparations in the final phase, the focus remains on providing players with the best possible conditions and ensuring spectators enjoy a complete and memorable T20 cricket experience across India’s historic and world-class venues.
