Environmental safeguards, including compliance with the Forest (Conservation) Act, 1980, as well as guidelines issued by courts and wildlife authorities, must be followed. In addition, approval from the Central Zoo Authority will be mandatory before the project is implemented. The proposed Sound Garden and Kids’ Play Area are expected to enhance visitor experience and provide dedicated recreational facilities for children at Gorewada Zoo.
