The festival was scheduled to take place on Saturday evening at ‘Riverside Camping’ in Kolitmara village. Wildlife enthusiasts questioned how permission could be considered for a noise-intensive event in a sensitive area already facing significant human-wildlife conflict.

Following the directive, social media bookings came to a halt and the proposed music festival was officially put on hold.
