The ongoing tensions between the United States and Iran in West Asia are starting to impact operations at several elite clubs in Nagpur, mainly due to uncertainty in LPG gas supply.
The Vidarbha Cricket Association Club at Jamtha has temporarily suspended its dine-in services from March 13 until further notice. Meanwhile, the Gondwana Club in Civil Lines has cancelled its “Gondwana Social” event scheduled from March 13 to 15 citing unforeseen circumstances.
At Maharajbagh Club on Amravati Road, officials said limited gas availability may force the kitchen to switch to traditional wood-fired stoves and reduce menu options. Despite the challenges, the club will remain open for now while monitoring the situation.
