The National Institute of Swimming, located on Manewada-Besa Road in Nagpur, will organise a summer swimming coaching camp from April 6 at the Dolphin Swimming Academy.
The camp will provide training for both beginners and advanced swimmers under the guidance of expert coaches certified by the Sports Authority of India. Open to participants across all age groups—from 2-year-old children to senior citizens—the camp aims to cater to diverse learning needs.
A special programme, “Dolphin Discovery,” has been designed for children below seven years to nurture swimming skills at an early stage, said Dr. Jaiprakash Duble. The camp will cover swimming techniques, water safety, and life-saving skills, along with information on international competitions, government schemes, and available facilities for swimmers.
Jayant Duble will coordinate the camp. Interested individuals can contact the Dolphin Swimming Academy at the National Institute of Swimming, Manewada-Besa Road, Nagpur, between 5 pm and 9 pm.
