With the aim of enhancing customer convenience and improving the accessibility of financial services, under the guidance of Dr. Sudhir Jakhere, Director of Postal Services (Nagpur Region), Nagpur City Head Post Office, itwari, Nagpur has extended the operating hours for financial services effective April 01, 2026.
This initiative has been launched for the benefit of the common man, with the objective of making the services provided by the Department of Posts more accessible and customer-centric.
Under the new arrangement, the financial services counters at the Nagpur City Head Post Office will remain open until 7:30 PM on all working days. This decision has been taken to benefit customers who, due to professional or personal commitments, are unable to visit the post office during regular working hours.
During these extended hours, customers can avail themselves of various services, including savings account transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and other related postal financial services.
The Department of Posts remains committed to providing convenient and high-quality services to the citizens.
