Nagpur Division of Central Railway is undertaking essential infrastructure upgradation works at Nagpur Railway Station to enhance passenger amenities and improve overall station facilities. These works are being carried out as part of ongoing development initiatives and will temporarily impact certain train services.
In view of the above, the following changes have been made in train operations:
Train No. 01140 Madgaon – Nagpur Special (Thursday, Sunday) will be short-terminated at Ajni from 09 April 2026 to 28 May 2026 instead of reaching Nagpur.
Similarly, Train No. 01139 Nagpur – Madgaon Special (Wednesday, Saturday) will originate from Ajni instead of Nagpur from 08 April 2026 to 27 May 2026.
Passengers are requested to kindly take note of these temporary changes and plan their journey accordingly. Those traveling by the above trains are advised to board or alight at Ajni station during the affected period.
Central Railway appeals to passengers for their cooperation and understanding as these works are aimed at providing improved infrastructure and a better travel experience in the near future.
