Fresh allegations of a massive land scam exceeding Rs1,000 crore have surfaced against alleged land mafia Dilip Gwalbanshi, linked to Netaji Housing Society in Nagpur. The claims have intensified concerns over large-scale irregularities in land transactions and documentation.
It has been alleged that despite the seriousness of the case, the administration has remained largely inactive, raising questions over accountability and enforcement. Activists have accused authorities of failing to take timely action, allowing the accused to operate freely.
Earlier, allegations were also made regarding manipulation of records, including claims that agreements were executed by showing a deceased person as alive. Concerns have also been raised about the alleged involvement or negligence of officials in the matter.
Demands are now growing for a thorough and transparent investigation, with calls for strict action against all those involved in the alleged scam. Authorities are yet to issue an official response on the latest claims.
