Four students from Prof. Rajendra Singh Science Exploratory (PRSSE), Nagpur have brought laurels to the city by securing Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals at the prestigious _Dr. Homi Bhabha Balvaidnyanik Spardha 2025-26_.Gold was secured by Ms. Rishika Tawari, Silver by Master Shaurya Pujari and Master Atharva Joshi, and Bronze by Master Ishan Todkari.
The state-level science competition, organised annually to identify and nurture young scientific talent, saw participation from thousands of students across Maharashtra. The PRSSE students stood out for their conceptual clarity, practical skills, and scientific temperament during the rigorous written, practical, and interview rounds.Their achievement reflects the strong academic mentoring and hands-on learning environment at PRSSE.
The Director of PRSSE, Dr. Seema Ubale said “This success is a result of our students’ curiosity and hard work. Competitions like Dr. Homi Bhabha Balvaidnyanik Spardha are crucial to build scientific temper in the next generation.”
Dr. Govind Lakhotiya, Mentor, PRSSE added “Each of these students displayed remarkable curiosity and discipline throughout the preparation. These medals belong to their hard work. We hope this motivates many more children to ask questions and seek answers through science.”
The students received guidance from PRSSE’s dedicated academic team: Mrs. Shikha Vyas, Academic Head; Ms. Rani Dubey, Chemistry Trainee; Ms. Ekta Bagde, Biology Trainee; and Ms. Nisha Sonkusare, Physics Trainee.
Building on this success, PRSSE is organising preparatory exposure camps for _Dr. Homi Bhabha Balvaidnyanik Spardha_ from 2nd May to 6th May 2026. These camps are exclusively designed for students of Std. 6th and 9th. For more details, contact the PRSSE office or visit the official website.
