Nagpur sizzles at 42.2 C , Akola hottest at 44.0 C

The summer heat is getting hotter across the Vidarbha region, with Nagpur recording a high of 42.2 C. The high temperature has made it difficult for people to go outside in the afternoon.

Akola registered the highest of 44 C followed by Amravati at 43.8 C. All the cities of Vidarbha recorded a temperature above 40.C.

People are advised to stay indoors during the daytime, drinnk plenty of water and stay hydrated. The overall trend indicates a steady rise in temperature across Vidarbha.
