Salman Khan continues to win over audiences with his effortless charm, even as his recent films have struggled to meet expectations. The superstar is now grabbing attention for his latest advertisements, which many fans say are more entertaining than his recent big-screen outings.
Latest ads spark online buzz
Salman’s new commercials for SuperMoney have taken the internet by storm. In one ad, he casually refers to SuperMoney as “Superman” before wrapping up the shoot in a single take and driving off. In another, he is seen forgetting his lines, reading from the script in a relaxed manner, declaring the shot complete, and walking away.
In the latest spot, Salman keeps things simple yet stylish, wearing a blue shirt tucked into brown shorts, paired with his trademark sunglasses. Delivering a playful line about buying anything—from belts to watches or sunglasses—he encourages viewers to pay via SuperMoney UPI to earn up to 5% cashback. Staying true to his laid-back persona, he then checks with the director if the take is approved and quips, “40 saal se yahi kar raha hoon,” adding a humorous touch.
Fans love the vibe
Social media users have been quick to praise the ads, calling them fun, refreshing, and a perfect use of Salman’s signature style. Some even joked that the commercials are more entertaining than his recent film Sikandar. Comments ranged from admiration for how the actor is being presented to playful remarks about the ads showcasing “the right use of Bhai’s aura.”
Recent film and upcoming projects
Salman’s latest release, Sikandar, directed by AR Murugadoss, failed to impress at the box office, earning around ₹183 crore net in India and ₹232 crore globally.
Looking ahead, Salman will next appear in Maatrubhumi, directed by Apoorva Lakhia and co-starring Chitrangada Singh. The film, initially inspired by the Galwan Valley clash, has reportedly undergone significant changes, with portions reshot to include fictional elements.
He has also announced another project—an untitled action thriller backed by Dil Raju and directed by Vamshi Paidipally—which has already generated considerable buzz among fans.
