The installation ceremony of the new office-bearers of the Lions Club of Nagpur Legend for the Lionistic Year 2026-27 will be held on June 28 at Fortune Mall, Sitabuldi.
The newly elected team will be led by Lion Shantanu Khandelwal as President, Lion MJF Rajeev Khandelwal as Secretary and Lion Ankur Kejdiwal as Treasurer. The other key office-bearers include Lion Pallavi Wanjari, Lion Dr Sanjay Deotale and Lion Ajay Singh as Vice Presidents, Dr Yagnesh Thakar as Club Administrator, Lion Priti Jain as Public Relations Officer (PRO) and Lion Vinayak Kewadkar as Membership Director.
The installation ceremony will be conducted by Past District Governor, Lions District 3234-H1, Dr Ripal Rane, a renowned surgeon from Arvi. Region Chairman-designate MJF Vinayak Kewadkar and Zone Chairman-designate MJF Dr Meenakshi Mate will attend the event as distinguished guests.
Recognised as one of the most active and vibrant clubs in Lions District 3234-H1, the club will also undertake several charitable initiatives during the programme. These include the donation of a suction machine and medicines to St Joseph’s Hospital, Yerla, an oxygen concentrator, medicines and spectacles to Dr Ashish Satav for the hospital run by the MAHAN Trust in Melghat, besides distributing school bags and other essential items to beneficiaries.
