India won the toss and elected to bat first in the second Test of the three-match series against South Africa on Thursday here at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune.
India made one change in their team as they brought in Umesh Yadav in place of HanumaVihari. On the other hand, South Africa brought in Anrich Nortje in place of Dane Piedt.
India batted well in the session after the loss of Rohit Sharma early. Rohit and Agrawal have struck 52 together. South Africa bowled well in patches. India ends session at 77/1.
