Good news for the music lover of the city as the ‘Musical Waves’ is presenting a musical event titled ‘Sunhari Yaden’ in memory of Kishore Kumar on Sunday, October 20, at Vasantrao Deshpande Sabhagruha, at 5 pm.
Kishore Kumar is the Indian playback singer, actor, music director, lyricist, writer, director, producer and screenwriter. He is considered as one of the greatest and the most successful singer of Hindi film industry.
Hit songs of Kishore Kumar include, ‘Eeena meena dika’, ‘Musafir hu yaaro’, ‘Chingari koi bhadke’, ‘Meri samne vali khidki mien’ and many more.
The event will be a throwback to the golden era where all the super hit songs of Kishore Kumar will be rendered by singers, Parag Paunikar, Prasad Raut, Nilesh Nirgudkar, Anuradha Ambole and Dhanashri Deshpande.
Mahendra Dhole and Vikram Joshi along with top musicians from the industry will arrange the music while Nasir Khan will compere the show.
