WEAN Ms India fitness 2020, central India’s first biggest fitness event for women had organised Aqua zumba party session as their promotional event on March 1 at Rosetta Elite club.
The event was very well organised by Madhumita Gubre and Kiran Kotwani founders and directors of WEAN Ms India fitness 2020 , along with the Nagpur coordinators Swati Dongre and Ragini Kawalkar.
Aqua workouts have attracted several fitness enthusiasts of the city. Youngsters loved the fitness regime. It is not only a fun workout, but also helps to cure many diseases. People don’t need to put much stress on their muscles and bones. This makes the exercises easier yet effective.
The purpose of this event was to create awareness about Fitness among the ladies.
Ms India Fitness 2020 is a fitness contest for amateur ladies which will cover different fitness rounds like bench press, deadlift, push-ups, plank hold, unique yoga pose hold, etc. This event is aiming to provide a platform for all the fitness enthusiasts all over India. The event will take place in Nagpur from May 1 to 3.
Who can participate:
1) All the ladies above 18 years of age.
2) Having a zest for fitness.
3) Prior experience in weight training not mandatory.
4) Early registrations will begin for amateurs to train and obtain guidance from our mentors.
5) The winners will be selected based on their fitness and talent.
