Sahil Sayyad a fugitive in various cases has been arrested by special squad of crime branch police on Sunday. According to the information, the police received a tip off that the fugitive accused had come to his home in Zingabai takli.
Based on the information, a team of police reached his place and set a trap at the house of the accused in Baghdadia Nagar, Plot no. 244 Zingabai Takli.
Sensing something fishy the accused Sahil tried to escape by jumping over the back wall of the house, but was apprehended.
A case has been registered against the accused under various sections.
The operation was carried out under the able guidance of Additional Commissioner of Police Nilesh Bharne, Deputy Commissioner of Police Detection Gajanan Rajmane. The team was led by Police Inspector Pidurkar.
