Stambh organization is a registered youth based organization that works for child education and upliftment of underprivileged children in India. Stambh provides primary education and supplementary education to children residing in slums, orphanages and shelter homes.
Apart from education, Stambh works on various social issues such as Women Empowerment, Gender Equality, Environment, Cleanliness, etc. through various awareness drives and brainstorming sessions. Stambh currently have its physical presence in three cities namely Aurangabad, Nagpur and Patna with hundreds of members from different cities of India.
Stambh works for the children living in slums, where they provide education to the children with project called as ‘Stambh Kaksha’. Stambh kaksha is an exclusive concept of the organization that aims to not only educate the child but also work towards holistic development of children. With a comprehensive study course, Stambh organizations also provide career counselling & opportunities to the deserving children.
Hundreds of Children across the cities of Nagpur and Aurangabad are benefitted by this free educational curriculum. They also help the underprivileged children to pursue their passion by arranging opportunities for them.
Stambh Believes that awareness can act as a catalyst in achieving the aim of a better world, therefore Stambh manages to involve and include active participation of citizens through various social drives.
While Stambh believes in the groundwork to address the root cause of the issue, they also organize research and policy making boot camps taking inputs from members and interns from all across the country. They organize research and case studies on various social topics that then get utilized in the policy making boot camp. While we see cases of youth of the country being involved in illicit activities, these young guys of the community are taking active participation in the upliftment of people belonging to the underprivileged society.
